Nina Baranowska

Dr. Nina Baranowska, LL.M. (Ottawa) is a researcher at iHub: Interdisciplinary research hub on digitalization and society at Radboud University (the Netherlands), where she works in the Horizon Europe project FINDHR (Fairness and Intersectional Non-Discrimination in Human Recommendation). She holds a PhD in EU and private law, and a Master’s in Law & Technology (Ottawa). Her research focuses on the legal challenges of AI and digital technologies, particularly in the areas of data protection, non-discrimination law, and product liability.
