Vincent Slot

Vincent Slot is Team Lead R&D at Textkernel. He has a background in AI, specializing in search technology. At Textkernel, he leads the R&D efforts in the area of searching and matching to help our customers find the best candidates and jobs. In this space, Responsible AI is of vital importance. Vincent is spearheading the technical aspects of the Responsible AI efforts within Textkernel. He is a member of the AI & Big Data committee of the Royal Netherlands Standardization Institute, where he contributes to the creation of European standards for implementing the EU AI Act for organizations.
