Silvia Ecclesia

Silvia Ecclesia is a Doctoral Researcher at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Her research investigates future imaginaries of Artificial Intelligence in the context of work with a focus on power asymmetries. She is part of the Horizon Europe project “BIAS: Mitigating diversity biases in the labor market” for which she is conducting research on the use of AI for recruitment and candidate selection in Italy.
