Challenge

As part of this year’s workshop, we are hosting the RecSys in HR WorkRB Challenge, a community competition focused on large-scale skill intelligence. The challenge introduces a new evaluation direction not yet explored in this subspace that aims towards genuine semantic understanding in skill recommendation, supported by a new benchmark dataset we are releasing for the occasion. Evaluation will integrate fully through the open-source WorkRB toolbox. Attractive prizes are on offer, including a dedicated student prize, and top teams will be invited to present at the workshop. More details will follow later on a separate submission website.
