Challenge

As part of this year’s workshop, we are hosting the RecSys in HR WorkRB Challenge, a community competition focused on large-scale skill intelligence. The challenge introduces a new evaluation direction not yet explored in this subspace that aims towards genuine semantic understanding in skill recommendation, supported by a new benchmark dataset we are releasing for the occasion. Evaluation will integrate fully through the open-source WorkRB toolbox. Attractive prizes are on offer, including a dedicated student prize, and top teams will be invited to present at the workshop.

Please consult the separate challenge website for more details about the challenge and how to participate. Submissions to the challenge will be handled through the challenge’s Codabench instance.
